As a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I help vegan menstruators create a sustainable diet and make lifestyle changes to balance hormones for maximum and long-lasting health.

I have been where you are. All through my teenage years and twenties, I was a vegetarian that didn’t know how to eat, and if I ever had symptoms, I would go to the doctor for some pills. That was all I knew.

I lived through stomach bloating, breast tenderness, and mood swings up until my period and then cramping and weakness during. All I knew to do was to take over-the-counter pain pills and just keep pushing. I never complained because I thought all womxn went through this.

When I became vegan, my symptoms actually worsened. I had all of the above plus brain fog and memory problems . So in addition to the very tender breasts (even putting a bra on hurt), bloating so much that I actually needed bigger pants on certain days, and mood swings that would take me from calm to enraged in seconds, I now had to deal with my brain feeling slow and sluggish.

I had problems remembering the simplest things, and I felt like I was in a constant daze. Making decisions became more difficult. The point that finally put me over the edge was not knowing if I had time to change lanes or go through a light while I was driving. Was the car too close? Is the light going to change before I get through it? I drew blanks, and that was frightening.

It took me a lot of time, research, and trial and error, but I finally got to a point where I no longer had any symptoms. All of it was through dietary and lifestyle changes.

When I noticed how much I had improved, I was so impressed with the power of food, I decided to go to school to specialize in natural nutrition.

This program is 12 weeks and begins once your payment is processed and your first session is booked. Each session thereafter is booked at weekly intervals.

I understand that finances can be an issue, that’s why I have created a payment plan so you don’t have to put your health and well-being on hold. There is no better time for change than right now.


What if I am not vegan?

I created this program specifically for vegans because there is a lack of information out there for this group. I am more than happy to take on non-vegans, but all information and recipes I give out is catered to that group.


What if I have been vegan for only ___?

How long you have been vegan doesn’t make a difference. I work with those who are new as well as those who have been around a while. I am happy to work with all!


What happens if I am on vacation?

This program is completed 100% online, so anywhere you can get an internet connection, we can have a session. This program is great for those who are on the go!
