Because there is a lot of misinformation out there about the vegan diet, I am here to help you decide what is just smoke and what you can actually eat and do to feel your best.

We all know that being vegan isn’t just a diet, it is a way of life that spreads to everything we touch. It is a lifestyle of caring, love, and understanding.

When you create a healthier diet, you will be aiding your fertility, balancing your hormones, and getting rid of the stuff that has accumulated in your body that it will no longer use. You will learn about your body and what it is telling you through the little symptoms that show up. I help people reach their whole-food, plant-based goals through education and coaching.

I have been where you are right now. I used to suffer through painful periods, acne, bloating and water retention, tender breasts, and crazy mood swings. All happening at different times of the month. I used to think that everyone who menstruates goes through this, that it was totally normal and expected, so I never talked about it.

Looking back, I can see that my diet was full of processed and refined foods, sugar, and all the fake meats. This left little room for fresh foods like vegetables, whole grains, fruit, nuts, seeds, and legumes.

It took me a lot of time, research, and trial and error, but I finally got to a point where I no longer have any symptoms. All of it was through dietary and lifestyle changes.

When I noticed how much I had improved, I was so impressed with the power of food, I decided to go to school to specialize in natural nutrition.

You CAN get to a place where you no longer have any symptoms before and during your period, your periods come when you expect them, and you can live each day with more energy than you ever thought possible!
