Hello. I’m Carly. I work with vegan women who want to create the healthiest and happiest body they can. I educate women who are tired of the way the way they feel throughout the day. I give them the tools to increase their knowledge of the vegan diet and their body. Through this, I give them the confidence to go forward with their journey.
I have a diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as well as many years of eating a plant-based, vegan diet under my belt. I have noticed a lot of positive changes as I transitioned, and I want more women to feel this way, so I created a program for this very reason. I want to teach as many women as I can that the food we eat equals the way our body works, how we feel, and so much more.
When I am not doing my best to help a client or reading up on the latest in nutrition, I can be found staring at or working in my little backyard garden, sewing something fun for absolutely no reason, or dreaming of the day I live in Maui. I’ve got a beautiful wife and two crazy dogs that happen to live with us! I love riding my bike around town and just being outside in general.

- I was a treeplanter in my younger days, spending months out in the wild, and going a little crazy;
- My front left tooth is totally fake due to a freak tennis accident in grade 10; and
